Payment & contract via a third party agent
If You have booked via a third party agent, You must refer to their terms and conditions in relation to payment and contract details in relation to Your booking at Beachside Suites.
Payment & contract directly with Us
If You have booked directly with Us, a reservation is deemed accepted when We have confirmed Your reservation to You by email.
Once a booking is confirmed:
- for the self catering apartments (Beachview and Penthouse), We require full payment within 30 days of Your check-in date to secure Your booking. If Your booking is within 30 days of Your check-in date, We will require full payment at the time of booking;
- for the serviced suites (Harbour and Blenheim), We require full payment within 5 days of Your check0in date to secure Your booking. If Your booking is within 5 days of Your check-in date, We will require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Insurance
If You have booked via a third party agent, You must refer to their terms and conditions in relation to cancellation of Your booking at Beachside Suites.
If you have booked directly with Us, once a booking is confirmed, You are responsible for the total cost of the holiday. If You have booked a self catering apartment and You cancel before midnight, 30 days before check-in, it is free of charge. If it is less than 30 days before check-in the charge is 100% of the total. If You have booked a serviced suite and You cancel before midnight, 5 days before check-in, it is free of charge. If it is less than 5 days before check-in the charge is 100% of the total.
We will endeavour to re-let the suite and, if successful, will refund any monies paid less any non-refundable deposit and administration charge. To protect against such loss, it is recommended that You take out insurance against cancellation at the time of booking.
Bookings are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the morning of departure. The suites must not be occupied by more than the number of persons each suite is advertised as being able to accommodate to sleep. You agree to vacate the property by the due time and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition.
Damage, Loss & Nuisance
- To pay for any damage or loss however caused, excluding reasonable wear and tear incurred during occupation;
- Not to cause nuisance or annoyance to other guests, nor occupants of nearby properties. This includes ball games;
- To allow reasonable access to the suite by Us if it is deemed necessary.
If, in Our opinion, You or any person in Your party is not suitable to continue occupying the property because of unreasonable behaviour, damage or nuisance (including noise) to other parties, the contract may be discharged and We may repossess the suite immediately. If this is the case, You will remain liable for the whole cost of Your stay and no refund shall be due.
We ask that You do not share access codes with anyone outside of Your party.
Smoking and BBQs
No smoking or the use of BBQs is permitted anywhere on the premises, including the outside spaces.
No dogs or pets. Assistance dogs by arrangement only.
We cannot accept responsibility for any material loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the suite whatsoever. Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for loss or damage of property belonging to You or any members of Your party during your occupancy.
If in Your opinion there are grounds for complaint, it is Your duty to bring it to Our attention immediately, and in any event before departure, to allow remedial action to be taken. It is specifically agreed that failure by You to notify Us of any complaint in accordance with this timescale will entitle Us to refuse to entertain the complaint, irrespective of its merits.
Whilst We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of self catering apartment and serviced suite descriptions these are inevitably subjective and for guidance only. If there are any points of particular importance, please contact Us directly to clarify information. Whilst We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained on Our website and advertisements are accurate, We reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw any facility or amenity.
You agree that Your use of the free Wi-Fi service is a privilege and not a right. The service is provided on an “as is”, “with all faults” and “as available” basis.
You agree that You are fully responsible for Your activities while using this Service (including for any content, information and other materials You access or transmit via this Service), and that You shall bear all risks regarding use of this Service. You agree not to use this Service to engage in any prohibited, unlawful, infringing, tortious or harmful conduct; violate another party’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or otherwise interfere with the operation, use or enjoyment of any service, system or other property.
You are responsible for Your security and privacy. There are privacy and security risks associated with wireless communications and the Internet generally. You acknowledge that Beachside Suites make no assurance that Your communications or activities will be or will remain private or secure, and agree that We assume no responsibility in that regard.
You, Your – means the guest
We, Our, Us – means Beachside Suites
Self catering apartments – means Beachview Suite and/or Penthouse Suite
Serviced suites – means Harbour Suite and/or Blenheim Suite.
